We initially offered our home for just $268,000... replacement cost is $100/sf... so June 1 it will be priced at $285,500. Our new offer is still fair for the "right buyers" if it fits our needs! We will use an Inn near where the Friday football games are played so we can see the grandsons this spring and next fall in & around Marble Falls as we will remain at 61 Orinda at the end of the listing in August.... as it is still the best place for us to live in the US.
